Smart Serve collects, retains and uses information where we believe it is essential (and allowed by law) to administer our business and to provide products, services and other opportunities requested by our customers.

Smart Serve Ontario respects your privacy and will not use or share your personal information.  Information provided by you, or gathered as a result of your training is kept for historical reference only.  This information is used to replace your certificate (should it become lost or stolen) or confirm your status, as a result of your Smart Serve Training to authorized personnel only.

During the order process, you are prompted to supply us with your billing and shipping information.  This information must be provided to complete your order.

The transfer of this information is secured and cannot be received or read by others.

Examples of other information we collect include the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the information used to login to the Smart Serve Online training site.  Smart Serve does not sell or rent our information to any outside company or organization.  We do not reveal specific information about users or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except if required to do so by law.
