 As a server of alcohol you should
carry your Smart Serve Certificate with you while working. Your Smart Serve certificate is your official proof of
certification. During an AGCO inspection the Inspector will ask for proof that a server has been trained in the responsible service
of alcohol. Your Smart Serve certificate is the only proof.

Replacement cards cannot be ordered online. Print off the special order form, complete the information required then mail or fax the
form to the address and / or number listed on the form.
Need a Smart Serve Lapel Pin? When you place your order for a replacement card you can order the pin at the same time. Prices
are as listed below.
Many licensees like their staff to wear their lapel pin while serving, it reinforces that the establishment provides a safe environment for
their patrons.
Wearing a lapel pin shows customers that you have taken the training program and are knowledgeable in the responsible service of alcohol.
