The Smart Serve Training Program
The Smart Serve Training Program has been designed to promote the responsible service of alcohol as it pertains to the current liquor laws in
the Province of Ontario.
This training program provides valuable information to individuals on the responsible service and sale of alcohol beverages. It will
enable you to take a pro-active approach to serving alcohol responsibly.

Special Occasion Videos - Tips for Being a Safe Host
These videos provide valuable information on host responsibilities and liabilities. An important goal of any special event and/or
party should be to ensure that everyone who chooses to drink does so safely and responsibly.
Incident Reporting Log
The Smart Serve Incident Reporting Log is an excellent but simple method of keeping track of any incidents that occur. It could prove
to be a valuable tool in minimizing your liability. This log has been designed to ensure that all the important information is recorded
in a consistent manor. 
Smart Serve Lapel Pins
Any individuals who have successfully completed the training program after December 1999 are issued a lapel pin with their Smart Serve
certificate. Additional or replacement pins can only be purchased for those individuals who hold a valid Smart Serve Certificate.
Replacement Card
Individuals requiring their certificate replaced, must put their request in writing providing the information contained in this order form.
Printable Forms
Most products can be ordered using this website, with the exception of the replacement card. For your convenience, we have included
in this section all of our forms which may be printed and mailed or faxed in with your choice of payment.
