 This format is
suitable for individuals who need the training and certificate within a short period of time. The Online training is delivered in its
entirety on the Internet. The video clips, the text and test are all provided for you online. It is recommended that a Smart Serve
workbook be purchased for future reference.
To ensure that each participant has gained the required knowledge there are "Test Yourself Quizzes" and interactive exercises that must be completed, before the final test is written.

How to register for the Online Training
- You will need a major credit card
- Once payment is confirmed you will be issued a token number
- This token number is valid for 30 days only, from time of purchase
- Use this token number to register for the training
The Process
The online training consists of video clips and text.
- As with the video based training, the length of the program is approximately 3 hours.
- You don't have to complete the course in one sitting, you have the freedom to proceed at your own pace.
- To reinforce the learned material, at the end of each module you are asked to complete "Test Yourself Quizzes", before you can access the final test.
- The final test consists of 25 multiple choice questions and MUST be completed within 2 hours in one session.
- Once you submit the final test you will be notified immediately of your results.
- If successful you will be issued a certificate number, which can be printed for your records.
- The official certificate and your lapel pin will be mailed to you. This may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
- Scores below 80% are permitted one re-take test.
- It is strongly recommended that you review the program material before attempting the re-take test.
