- Having a Smart Serve Video on site ensures that all information can be reviewed as needed, at any time. The Video and Workbook work
together to provide information and knowledge on the responsible service of alcohol.
- The Video gives participants an audio and visual presentation about responsible alcohol beverage service. The Workbook contains
important information, exercises, and activities that are used interactively with the Video.
- The test is taken at the completion of the training and consists of 25 multiple-choice questions. Each participant must have an
original workbook and test.
- All tests with a completed cover sheet are then mailed to the Smart Serve office for processing.

- Staff might prefer to use the video and workbook individually on their own, at a time and pace that best suits their schedule.

Note: Certification kits will not be sold without the availability of the video. Certification kits can only be purchased by
the owner of the video as recorded on the Smart Serve database.
You should allow 7-10 working days for delivery. We can process your order as "rush", but there will be an additional courier fee of
$25.00 plus PST/GST.
We do not stock the kits at our offices. All orders received by 2 p.m. are shipped the next day via Canada Post. Large and rush
orders are sent by courier.
